Ko Samui Pics

Posted by Stuart at 11:55 AM on March 17, 2003

I spent several hours yesterday in my favorite coffee shop on Silom editing and organizing my photos. Hopefully this week I can post all of the rest of the photos I have. Today, we will start off with photos I took a few weeks ago in Ko Samui -- they can be found in the Ko Samui Photo Album.

I also uploaded 20 Ko Samui and 2 Pattaya pictures to a new album at Webshots, so if you use Webshots as your desktop background/screensaver, feel free take some of my pics.

Stuart,

Great pictures. The Buddha pics look awesome. What kind of camera did you use to take these pics? Is is a digital? I also like the "beach boy" one a lot. It looks so peaceful. The sunset is so beautiful.

David, thanks for the compliments. All of my pictures are taken with a 3 year old Cannon S10 digital camera with a 1600 X 1200 resolution. Then I do a little cropping and editing on Photoshop. It's my fun little hobby :)

Stuart,
Ditto on David's sentiments. I like the beach boy photo as well, difficult shot of a silhouette into the sun at dusk. Looks like a lot of nice beaches. One day I'll get there.

You could be a professional photographer!!??!! Seriously. You and Dad have an eye for pictures, and then capturing that on film. I have an eye for what I want to come out in a picture, but that doesn't necessarily always in fact nearly never shows in the final product. haha!

Love you!!

Thanks, Beth. I am really happy with the pictures that my camera takes, most of the time. (It's a Cannon S10 digital, by the way). It was really expensive at the time, but I think over the past three years I have gotten my money's worth.
