I am at 30-something year old American male whose life has followed a path something like this: I was born and grew up in Florida, went to college in Virginia, then Florida, then North Carolina. I moved to San Francisco to ride the dot-com wave. I was dashed on the rocks when the wave crashed, losing my job along with half the city.

At the time, it seemed like bad luck. But it gave me the opportunity to travel through Asia a bit. Eventually I decided to stay and work in Bangkok for a while, and I've never gone back. Ever since August of 2002, I have been living, working, traveling, learning, photographing, and writing. This website is a small chronicle of the things I have done and seen over the past few years.

I've never been happier.

• Teaching MBA Technology courses online at Walden University.
• Adding words and images to this website.
• Learning to speak, read and write pasa thai (Thai Language). I took a 4 month intensive course, but I still have so far to go.
• Starting my own e-learning company. Our first project is a website to help foreigners learn Thai Language (see above). The site is ITS4Thai.
• And last but not least, traveling as much as much as my time and money will allow.
