Landslide Luang Prabang

The lower part of the Krangsi Falls outside of Luang Prabang, Laos. The big pile of rocks in the middle of the picture are compliments of a recent land slide. Sone says that because of the landslide, the falls aren't as big and beautful as they used to be. He said that this is a sacred waterfall, and the the landslide happened because the sprits were upset because foreigners had come to the waterfall and had sex here. Granted, it is quite a romantic place (if you remove the crowds), but I would hate to think that I destroyed the falls because I was overcome with... emotion.
