Quiet Street in Luang Prabang

My second trip to Luang Prabang, Laos was much quieter than the first one. There were not many tourists because of SARS and the Iraq War, so I had the streets mostly to myself -- even the main street of town shown in this pic was quiet. Although it was nice for me, I felt bad for the business people (like my friend Sone) who were losing a lot of money.
