Ferris Wheel in Vientiane

Night fell, and the neon lights quickly shone along the Mekong. It's festival time in Vientiane. In a few days, the river will host boat races. Perhaps the most colorful display was from this ferris wheel. (You couldn't pay me to get on this heap o'rust.)
