Illegal Swim in Chiang Rai

Even though the border between Thailand and Myanmar is closed, Isara and I had fun watching people cross the river anyway. They would have a big intertube. One person would be in the water walking and swimming across, and the other would sit in the intertube with whatever possessions they didn't want to get wet. This was all taking place just around the bend of the river from a police station. [Mae Sai, Chiang Rai, Thailand]
