Trying out Skype
Posted by Stuart at 11:53 AM on February 25, 2006I just downloaded and installed Skype for my Mac at home. I've heard great things about being able to make free international phone calls. But is it any better than say, Yahoo Messenger with Voice?

Can you call free to anywhere in the U.S.? We have Vonage, and I think anyone who has a VOIP phone can call you and vice versa as long as you have a U.S. assigned phone number. We call our friends at embassies overseas all the time and it's all covered in our monthly fee ($24.95 or something like that for unlimited U.S. number calls.)
