Lopburi Pictures

SunflowerI'm happy to report that two days after my visit to the hospital, I am mostly healed. At least it wasn't the bird flu. Or, if it was, I recovered :)

So, to celebrate my life, I've posted a few new pictures. They come from a little weekend get-away to Lopburi province. The point of the trip was to visit my friends Gey and Don and to visit the famous sunflower fields. You can read about my trip or just look at the pictures in the Pictures of Central Thailand: Lopburi photo album.

Awesome pictures, absolutely stunning view of the sunflowers. I'm looking forward to going there someday.

Thanks! You should go if you can. Just make sure that you go at the right time. I hear that November is the best. Also, be sure that you go in the morning. We went around noon and the poor little sunflowers were already starting to droop a bit under the blazing sun.

Wow, those are some awesome pics. The sunflowers are especially beautiful. Although I've been to Lopburi once before, I've never had the chance to visit the famous sunflower fields. Man, I really gotta do more Thailand-trotting - Stuart the farang has been to more places in Thailand than me! ;P
